Tips

• Keep machines out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat such as radiators, heaters and fires. It is essential that the machines are sited in cool and dry conditions (20 degrees Celsius maximum, non-humid environments).
• Keep the machines clean at all times, but avoid cleaning with water or water based products. Clean all food contact areas, including the chute, each time the machine is serviced. (See Cleaning and Maintenance for more details).
• Always make sure that left over stock is resealed prior to storage, in order to ensure that it stays at its best.
• If the globe becomes scratched replace it as soon as possible.
• Only use food grade materials, such as vegetable oils, for lubricating moving parts.
• Always wash your hands before handling or refilling the stock.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling stock or refilling the machine.
• Do not put product that has fallen on the floor into the machine.
